When deciding which plan to choose, consider the following questions:

How many vehicles do you plan to manage in Rentgine?

and

Do you want to go fully digital (e.g. with digital signature, remote signing, vehicle photos for damage documentation, custom fields, API), or would a simpler setup be enough for you—at a lower cost?

Subscribe to the Max plan if you run a big and successful business where you manage or plan to manage more than 25 vehicles—no confusion here.

Choose the Advanced plan if you have 10-24 vehicles and/or need access to all of Rentgine’s car rental features. Most of our users choose this option because it offers great value for the full feature set.

You can stick to the Essential plan if you don’t plan to manage more than 10 vehicles in the upcoming months and want to save. It’s the plan we developed for businesses to help them start out in the car rental market with the technology they definitely need for efficient operation.

Our auto rental software can accommodate fleets of more than 100 vehicles, too. In these cases, however, we’ll put together a custom offer—after all, there’s a difference between one company having to manage 110 vehicles and another working with 250, which means that a custom offer is your best option.
