The Smart Calendar gives you a complete overview of all your rentals in one place. You can instantly see which vehicles are available or booked—all shown with a custom color-coded system that helps you identify each type, status, or category at a glance.

You can also manage reservations, leave comments for colleagues, and contact customers directly from the calendar view.

Yes. To see your rentals on the calendar, you’ll first need to enter your vehicle and customer data. Once that’s done, you can start managing rentals.

If you need help with importing vehicles from your existing digital database, reach out to us via email (hello@rentgine.net) or contact us through our website. We’re happy to take care of it for you (up to the quantity covered by your subscription plan).

You have two options. One of them is sorting vehicles by available days in the calendar. It won’t hide unavailable vehicles, but current availability will be very clear.

The other option is permanent and only recommended if you want to get rid of a vehicle in your fleet. You can archive vehicles in your system on the Edit Vehicle page, but remember that archiving is an irreversible action.
