Our auto rental software supports multiple languages, namely English, Spanish, and Hungarian. Each user in your team can set their preferred language and switch between the options whenever they’d like to.

Additionally, you canenter data in any language that uses a left-to-right (LTR) writing system. For example, you can leave comments, name categories and cash boxes, create documents, put together your own checklists, add custom fields, and provide descriptions in your desired language—not just in English, Spanish, or Hungarian.

However, the system doesn’t support the use of right-to-left (RTL) languages yet.

Additionally, once signed up, new users can complete a short, English language interactive tutorial in the car rental reservation software itself: new users will learn how to create their first rental and how document management, like the automated fill-in feature, works.

And whether someone is a new or an already existing user, the English help texts are available in Rentgine by clicking the question mark icon on the interface. The help texts assist users in learning how different features work and how they relate to one another.
