You can track all your extras and equipment in settings, under products.
You’re welcome to set the name of your products in several languages, their VAT, (net and gross) price in different currencies, and which (pick-up and/or return) checklists they should be part of.
Once your extras are in the system, you can assign them to your vehicles and include them in your rentals.
Open the booking and go to the Financial Information page. You can add equipment/extras/products and services to your renter’s invoice in the “Items” section. Click “Add Item”, select what you wish to put on the invoice from the drop-down list, set the quantity and price, then click “Add”. Once all items are entered, use the “Create Invoice” button.
